VZMORE iX9 Max mini PC goes on sale at $949

VZMORE's first Intel-based mini PC pairs a Core Ultra 9 185H with 24GB of LPDDR5 memory and 1TB of storage, and is listed at $899 with a discount code.

VZMORE has put its first Intel-based mini PC on sale, the iX9 Max, priced at $949, according to techradar.com. At the time of writing the machine was available for $899 with a discount code.

The iX9 Max ships in a single configuration: an Intel Core Ultra 9 185H processor paired with 24GB of LPDDR5 memory and a 1TB SSD, housed in an aluminum chassis measuring 5.31 x 5.19 x 2.27 inches. Users can switch between 20W, 40W and 65W power modes.

The port count reaches 14 data and A/V connections plus a power jack. The front carries four 10Gbps USB-A ports and a 3.5mm headset jack, while the rear holds two 40Gbps USB4 ports, a 10Gbps USB-A port, a USB 2.0 port, two HDMI 2.0 outputs and two 2.5GbE Ethernet jacks. An SD 4.0 card reader sits on the side.

One of the USB4 ports accepts 100W USB-C power input, so a GaN charger can stand in for the bundled 120W adapter. The machine has no front USB-C connector and no OCuLink.

VZMORE claims its V-Cooling vapor chamber offers 40% more heat-spreading area and 50% better heat transfer than a conventional dual-heat-pipe design, holding 65W while staying under 38dB. The company also claims the iX9 Max renders 45% faster under thermal stress than a "base-configured M3 system" in its own Cinebench 2026 testing. The mini PC comes with a three-year warranty and US shipping.

An older Intel chip in a new chassis

VZMORE made its public debut at IFA in early September 2026. The Core Ultra 9 185H inside the iX9 Max launched in December 2023 as the top chip of Intel's first Core Ultra generation, with 16 cores, 22 threads, a 5.1GHz boost clock, an eight-core Arc iGPU and an 11 TOPS NPU.
