Ziranjigyo Soft touts 'AI employee' at AI Festa 26
CAIO Park Jong-cheon introduced Korean business AI 'Office Agent' at the AIR showcase in Seoul, describing a shift from using AI to having AI work.
Ziranjigyo Soft Chief AI Officer Park Jong-cheon presented the company's "AI employee" concept and introduced its Korean-language business AI, "Office Agent," at the AIR showcase, a side event of AI Festa 26 held at COEX in Seoul, according to ZDNet Korea.
Park framed AI transformation not as automation that saves time, but as building an "AI employee" that works autonomously with sufficient knowledge and calls a human only when a decision is needed.
Office Agent connects AI with existing corporate systems such as internal documents, email and ERP, the company said.
Existing deployments
Park said domestic monthly ChatGPT users have reached around 10 million, showing individual AI use has become everyday while corporate knowledge remains scattered on personal PCs and messengers. He also noted that in the United States some employees spend as much as 100 million won worth of tokens per month.
Ziranjigyo Soft currently uses AI agents for corporate card settlement, HR policy guidance, sales reference search and expense account classification. Partner institutions use them for insurance inquiry responses and claims adjustment report review.
