IO Interactive Drops Free 007 First Light Starter Pack
The demo covers the Iceland opening mission starring a young James Bond, with launch discounts on Steam, Xbox and PS5.
IO Interactive released a free starter pack for 007 First Light on November 6, 2026, giving players access to the game's Iceland opening mission, which features a young James Bond, according to gamemeca.com.
The starter pack arrived first on some platforms, with the PS5 version planned for November 10. PlayStation Plus Premium subscribers can separately access a one-hour 007 First Light trial.
Progress made in either the starter pack or the trial carries over to the full game, so players who try the Iceland mission keep their progress if they buy 007 First Light.
Launch discounts on the full game
The full game is 40% off on Steam until November 9 and on Xbox Series X/S until November 15. PS5 players can buy it at 50% off until November 30.
007 First Light is scheduled for release on Nintendo Switch 2 on March 18, 2027.
