Bravest!2 Launches on Steam, iOS and Android

The retro-style RPG arrives for modern platforms, with the Steam version 10% off at 495 yen until November 10.

Indie developer nazenaninadesico released the retro-style RPG Bravest!2 on October 27, 2026 for PC via Steam, iOS and Android, with the launch starting around 20:00 that day, according to gamebiz.jp.

The Steam version normally costs 550 yen including tax and is 10% off at 495 yen including tax until November 10. The iOS and Android versions each cost 500 yen including tax. To mark the release, a 30% off sale was held on two existing titles in the series.

Bravest!2 is a retro-style RPG optimized for modern platforms, built from a popular feature-phone era game. Players travel to the past with the time-crossing jewel Takigawa Crystal to change the future in which Loki becomes the demon lord, and the story depicts the past and mysteries of the previous game, Bravest!.

Battles use a front-view turn-based system with front-row and back-row formations. The game adds about 20% more text than the original plus many new events, and a self-developed i-appli compatibility layer reproduces the original graphics and game balance.

It includes 12-dot retro fonts and retro audio with toggle options. Improvements include enhanced effects, 60fps support, adjusted UI and pacing, gamepad support, a convenience menu, and save slots expanded from three to nine.

First release beyond feature phones

The original i-mode version of the game appeared in 2007, and this is its first release on platforms other than feature phones after 19 years.
