Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor Knockout Expansion Launches November 17

The expansion adds the Brawler class, the Sandblasted Corridors biome and the Brood Harvest mission with a new Dreadnought Empress boss.

Funday Games has announced the Knockout Expansion for Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor, with a release date of November 17. Publisher Ghost Ship Publishing confirmed the date alongside the expansion's content lineup, according to GamingOnLinux.

The expansion introduces the Brawler, a new playable class whose melee weapon is a pair of metal fists. It also adds the Sandblasted Corridors biome, a new environment on the game's Hoxxes IV setting that features swirling, sand-filled tornadoes.

A new high-risk mission, Brood Harvest, rounds out the announced content. It centres on the Dreadnought Empress boss, which spawns sacrificial offspring to act as a biological shield.

Second expansion for the Early Access title

Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor has sold more than two million copies since it launched in Early Access. The first expansion, Heavy Duty, arrived in April and received a Mixed reception, with players criticising the amount of content relative to its price.
