G-STAR 2026 Indie Showcase Draws 109 Companies, Adds Steam Programs
Devolver Digital will debut a special build of an unannounced title at the Busan event, which runs November 19 to 22 at BEXCO.
The G-STAR Organizing Committee has announced the lineup for "G-STAR Indie Showcase 2.0: Galaxy" at G-STAR 2026, with 109 companies from Korea and abroad taking part. The organizer also outlined several Steam-linked programs tied to the show, according to game.donga.com.
The showcase will present titles from the "G-STAR Selected Indie" lineup alongside overseas titles chosen by the European Games Developer Federation (EGDF). A dedicated Unity zone will display 30 titles built on the Unity engine, together with winners of the latest "Unity AI Game Jam".
Devolver Digital will reveal a special build of an unannounced new title for the first time at the G-STAR venue. A Polish Cultural Center in Korea zone will pair a game experience area with an art wall exhibition, and a Steam Deck demo zone made with Komodo will offer selected titles optimized for the device.
The committee will also open a "G-STAR 2026 Special Promotion" page on Steam, featuring titles from major exhibitors and indie developers through Steam featured banners.
Krafton, Webzen, HoYoverse, Team42, Capcom, Koei Tecmo and NetEase Games are among the participating companies. G-STAR 2026 runs from November 19 to 22 at BEXCO in Busan, with Crack, the AI character chat service operated by Wrtn Technologies, as main sponsor.
