Line Games unveils AI publishing pipeline at Games on AWS 2026

The publisher's session detailed an agent that reviews platform code on GitLab and updates technical documents after approval.

Line Games presented its AI-based publishing automation pipeline at Games on AWS 2026, a conference co-hosted by Amazon Web Services and GS Neotek, the company announced on October 28. The session was delivered by the head of Line Games' publishing technology division under the title "Publishing Acceleration Agent Part 2: From Code Review to Automatic Document Reflection."

According to game.donga.com, Line Games introduced Amazon Bedrock AgentCore as the basis for an automated pipeline that links code review with technical documentation.

The redesigned agent analyzes platform code changes at the merge request stage on GitLab, carries out code review and proposes revisions to related technical documents. Once an approver signs off, the changes are reflected in the documents and fed back into Nexus AI's knowledge base.

Line Games also used AWS Security Agent to run code review and security review in parallel.

Earlier work on Nexus AI

In 2025, the same division head gave a talk on the building of Nexus AI, an agent that autonomously handles technical inquiries from external developers. Line Games also showcased its upcoming titles Come to My Party and QUIET at Steam Next.
