Godzilla Card Game gets three Starter Decks on November 6, 2026
Toho and Bushiroad price each of the Red Godzilla, Blue Destoroyah and Green King Ghidorah decks at 1,500 yen including tax.
Toho and Bushiroad will release three Starter Decks for the Godzilla Card Game on November 6, 2026, gamebiz.jp reported. The decks are Red "Godzilla", Blue "Destoroyah" and Green "King Ghidorah", each priced at 1,500 yen including tax.
Every deck contains a pre-built main deck of 50 cards, a monster deck of 4 cards, 8 anger cards, 8 area cards and 3 instruction cards. Each deck also includes one randomly inserted foil-stamped parallel card.
The Red "Godzilla" deck draws on the film Godzilla -0.0, which opened in Japan on November 3, 2026. Trial events for the Godzilla Card Game will be held across Japan, with a Godzilla -0.0 card offered as a participation prize, and a Starter Deck-only constructed tournament will run nationwide using cards from these three decks.
The game's second national tournament begins with qualifiers in January 2027 in seven cities: Tokyo, Fukuoka, Sendai, Nagoya, Sapporo, Niigata and Osaka.
