Premium Bandai outage drags into fourth day, Gunpla reservations postponed

Bandai says resumption timing and any changes to order, lottery and application deadlines will be decided per product.

Bandai's Premium Bandai online store has been under maintenance since October 22, 2026, and the outage is continuing, according to inside-games.jp. The maintenance has forced the postponement of Gunpla reservation acceptance on the site.

Related Bandai sites, including Bandai Candy, are also under maintenance, leaving product pages unavailable. Among the affected items is Chiikawa Character Paki Chocolate, scheduled for release on October 26, 2026, whose details customers currently cannot check.

Premium Bandai's official X account posted on October 25, 2026 that maintenance was planned to continue that day and asked users to wait for resumption.

The site states that the timing of resumption, along with any extension or resale of order and lottery periods, application deadlines and lottery schedules, will be decided per product.

What customers should watch

No restart time has been given. Buyers with pending reservations or lottery entries on Premium Bandai or Bandai Candy are directed to check each product's page once the sites return.
