Rockstar discounts older GTA games on Steam until November 19

The GTA Trilogy bundle is 67% off at $19.79, and GTA 4: Complete Edition is 70% off at $6, with the sale running only on Steam.

Rockstar Games has cut prices on older Grand Theft Auto titles on Steam, with the discounts running until November 19, according to pcgamer.com. The sale covers two bundles and is currently limited to Valve's storefront.

The GTA Trilogy bundle, which contains Grand Theft Auto 3, Vice City and San Andreas, is priced at $19.79/£19.79/€19.79, a 67% reduction. Grand Theft Auto 4: Complete Edition, which includes The Lost and Damned and The Ballad of Gay Tony, is listed at $6/£5.09/€6, a 70% discount.

The reduced prices appear only on Steam for now, with no sign of matching offers on the Xbox or PlayStation stores. The promotion ends on November 19.

That date is also when Grand Theft Auto 6 arrives, though only on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S — the new game is not coming to PC.

Older releases, long history

The GTA Trilogy Definitive Edition launched in 2021 in a messy state and reached Steam in 2023, where Vice City and San Andreas hold "very positive" ratings and GTA 3 sits at "mixed". Grand Theft Auto 4 was originally released in 2008. According to Isthereanydeal.com, the current price matches the lowest the GTA Trilogy has ever gone and comes close to the mark for GTA 4.
