SpiralAI launches SpiralLLM AI game master model

SpiralAI announced on October 21, 2026 that it has begun offering SpiralLLM, an orchestration model built specifically for entertainment, according to gamebusiness.jp. The model acts as an "AI game master" that coordinates multiple specialised AIs.

Those AIs handle conversation, long-term memory, relationship tracking, parameter management, story progression and consistency checks. When a developer calls SpiralLLM, the internal game master selects the models and agents suited to the scene or purpose, gathers the results and can call other AIs or re-check earlier steps. SpiralAI said it has filed patent applications for these functions.

SpiralLLM detects inputs that break the world setting, including prompt-injection cheating, and excludes them from character instructions. A dedicated AI judges battle outcomes and item acquisition rather than relying on player statements alone, and the system checks responses against the original setting, past conversation and game state before replying.

Character motions are also generated by AI according to conversational context, with the combinations said to reach hundreds of thousands of patterns. The model is used in RyzaChat, an AI chat RPG licensed from Koei Tecmo Games, which SpiralAI began offering on August 25, 2026 and from whose development SpiralLLM emerged.

SpiralAI said it operates a scheme that returns royalties to IP holders and creators based on the original materials and creative work used in RyzaChat's development, and that it aims to expand beyond RPGs into romance, training and daily-companion content.
