The collection bundles the base Two Point Hospital game with all paid downloadable content and free updates released so far. The included packs are Bigfoot, Pebberley Island, Close Encounters, Off the Grid, Culture Shock, Stitch in Time and Speedy Recovery.

The digital edition of the collection launched on September 16, 2026, ahead of the packaged release. The game is rated CERO C, for players aged 15 and up, and supports one player.
