Glenn and Maggie Join The Walking Dead: Aftermath as Playable Survivors
The two characters arrive as Epic-tier survivors in the free-to-play roguelite from Swift Games and Ares Interactive, which has topped one million downloads.
Glenn and Maggie from The Walking Dead have been added as playable survivors in The Walking Dead: Aftermath, according to Screen Rant. The two characters arrive through updates to the officially licensed game, which Swift Games developed and Ares Interactive published in partnership with AMC.
Glenn is an Epic Acid survivor built around shotguns, carrying a tactical shotgun and throwing knives. Maggie is an Epic Fire survivor who specializes in blades and mines, and her Burning Land ability creates a ring of fire that damages walkers caught nearby.
The pair join a roster that also lets players recruit Rick Grimes, Daryl Dixon and Michonne. Aftermath is a free-to-play roguelite survival action game that mixes camp management with character progression, and regular updates have added content including a competitive Rivals mode.
By early November 2026 the game held a 4.6/5 rating on Google Play from roughly 50,000 reviews and more than one million downloads. The App Store lists it at 4.8/5 from roughly 5,000 ratings. It is available on Android smartphones and tablets, iPhone, iPad and Windows PC via Google Play.
