Nintendo reveals box art for The Legend of Zelda: Master Collection cards

The Panini trading card set marks 40 years of the series, but Nintendo has not yet confirmed its price, card count or release date.

Nintendo has shown the box art for The Legend of Zelda: Master Collection, a trading card collection produced with Panini, according to Screen Rant. Neither company has yet confirmed a release date, a price or how many cards the set will contain.

The collection is being released to mark 40 years of the series, and its artwork is drawn from nearly every mainline entry, from the original The Legend of Zelda through to The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom. The card list also includes Oracle of Seasons and Oracle of Ages among the featured games.

Nintendo launched the first The Legend of Zelda game in February 1986. The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom arrived in 2024.

Separately, Nintendo announced in 2026 that The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time Remake will launch on Nintendo Switch 2 on 5 November 2026. A live-action The Legend of Zelda film is set to reach cinemas on 30 April 2027.
