Marvel Comics will publish Ghost Rider: Kushala #1 on November 4, 2026, timed to National Native American Heritage Month, according to screenrant.com. The one-shot is written by B. Earl and Taboo of the Black Eyed Peas.

The print edition collects Kushala's digital Infinity Comic chapters as an 88-page supersized collection. Artists on the issue include Guillermo Sanna and Vanessa R. Del Rey.

Preview pages show Kushala vowing to rescue her kidnapped daughter across past, present and future. Marvel describes Kushala as the only human host to have fully mastered the Spirit of Vengeance.

A film version also in the works

The comic arrives as Marvel Studios develops a separate Ghost Rider film. At San Diego Comic-Con in July 2026, the studio announced the movie with Ryan Gosling starring, Shawn Levy directing and Jonathan Tropper writing.

Kushala has previously appeared in Marvel Comics' Midnight Suns and Spirits of Violence. On screen, Nicolas Cage played Johnny Blaze in earlier Ghost Rider films, and Gabriel Luna played Robbie Reyes in Agents of SHIELD.
