Ghosts Season 6 Halloween Special Introduces Hetty's Sister Margaret
Maria Thayer plays Hetty's estranged sister Margaret in 'Halloween 6: The Mirror', set a few months after Pete's disappearance.
CBS's Ghosts returned for Season 6 with a Halloween special, "Halloween 6: The Mirror", which introduces Hetty's estranged sister Margaret, played by Maria Thayer. The episode is set a few months after Pete's disappearance, according to Collider.
In the special, a newly purchased mirror brings Hetty's sister to the B&B. Rebecca Wisocky, who plays Hetty, told Collider that the episode gives her "four or five different flashbacks", with the mirror serving as the device that connects past and present.
Wisocky also confirmed that Rose McIver is taking a break from the series following the arrival of her new baby. McIver plays Sam Arondekar on the show.
An old name returns
Margaret was previously mentioned in an off-hand comment about Hetty's marriage to Elias in Season 1, but the Halloween special marks her first on-screen appearance.
The episode also features Asher Grodman as Trevor Lefkowitz and Richie Moriarty as Pete, whose disappearance sets the timeline for the special.
