JB Perrette Sets Skydance TV, DTC Team; Seven Executives Depart
Perrette's new structure also leaves Pluto TV without a leader as Skydance seeks a replacement, with Efrain Miron moving to another role inside the company.
JB Perrette, co-chair and chief business officer of Skydance TV and DTC, has announced the executive leadership team for the company's television and direct-to-consumer divisions, according to Deadline. The new structure comes with a wave of departures and an open search for a new head of Pluto TV.
Seven executives are leaving the company as part of the reorganization: Dan Barnes, Michael Bishara, Jamie Cooke, Domenic DiMeglio, Marco Nobili, Pank Patel and Juan Sola. Barnes had been head of global ad revenue for HBO Max; Bishara served as EVP and GM of global streaming and digital networks at Warner Bros. Discovery; Cooke was EVP of Central Europe, Middle East, Turkey and Africa for Warner Bros. Discovery; DiMeglio was chief marketing and data officer for Paramount Streaming; Nobili was international GM of Paramount+; Patel headed Paramount's international media networks; and Sola led Latin American streaming for Warner Bros. Discovery.
Efrain Miron, an EVP at Paramount DTC, is stepping away from his current post to explore other opportunities within the company, so his move is not a departure from Skydance.
Pluto TV leadership vacancy
Skydance is now looking for a new leader for Pluto TV. Perrette described his own role as bridging DTC and TV in an internal memo cited in the report.
Skydance was formed in October 2026 through the merger of Warner Bros. Discovery and Paramount, a $110 billion combination. Pluto TV, a pioneer of the FAST channel model, launched in 2014, and co-founder Tom Ryan and executive Jeff Schultz both left former parent Paramount over the past two years.
