Milcho Manchevski's new film, Sister Brother Manhole Cover, will have its world premiere in the main competition of the Tokyo International Film Festival. Variety is debuting the trailer for the film.

Coccinelle Film Sales is handling the film and will begin selling it to international buyers during Busan's Asian Contents & Film Market.
