VisionQuest Trailer Reveals Jim Hammond's Human Torch
Marvel Studios' new VisionQuest trailer shows White Vision seeking answers and brings Jim Hammond, the original Human Torch, into live action.
Marvel Studios has dropped a new trailer for VisionQuest, the Disney+ series that continues the story of Paul Bettany's White Vision. The 34-second spot shows the character searching for answers about his identity after leaving Westview at the end of WandaVision.
The biggest reveal comes with the live-action debut of Jim Hammond, Marvel Comics' original Human Torch. Hammond is not Johnny Storm of the Fantastic Four — he was created by Carl Burgos in 1939, and his synthetic body became closely tied to the creation of Vision in the comics.
Viewers may already have seen a nod to Hammond's history: Captain America: The First Avenger featured Phineas Horton's android in a glass display at the 1943 Stark World Exposition.
The trailer also brings back James Spader as the voice of Ultron, with an ominous voice asking what is happening to Vision's world.
VisionQuest runs eight episodes and is positioned as the final chapter of Marvel Television's WandaVision storyline. It premieres on Disney+ on October 14, 2026.
