Wilson spent six years at Google, where he worked on data center development and subsea infrastructure.
Before his time at Google, Wilson served as Amazon's European design and construction leader.
Anthropic has recruited several other former Google infrastructure specialists for data center roles. Adam Johnson, who spent a decade at Google, joined in October as its data center electrical lead. Peter Sarossy, a Google veteran of 20 years, joined in January as a staff member working on data center security engineering. Sana Ouji joined Anthropic's energy team in April to help expand its data center portfolio.
