Chain Labs launches HyperGEO to correct how AI chatbots describe companies
HyperGEO, launched on 21 October 2026, measures mentions across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude and fixes incorrect facts rather than producing new content.
Chain Labs launched HyperGEO, a generative AI search optimization (GEO) service, on 21 October 2026, according to digitaltoday.co.kr. The service is designed to help generative AI services such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude introduce and recommend company information more accurately.
HyperGEO focuses on correcting existing information rather than mass-producing new content, fixing incorrect facts and aligning AI-readable data with website content. The service sends identical questions to ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude daily and measures the share of mentions in AI answers, information accuracy and share relative to competitors.
According to Chain Labs, a stock information service called "Company A" saw its share of mentions in AI answers rise from 22.4% to 68.5% in six weeks after the measures. The same company's rate of AI describing its information correctly rose from 41.0% to 89.2%.
HyperGEO also counts visitors who arrive at a website via AI and stores the original answer text and the source URLs cited by the AI. Chain Labs said it publishes measurement methods and criteria instead of promising things like "AI ranking guarantees", so customers can verify results themselves.
