Dyson launches Total Restore repair service in mainland Britain

Dyson's new door-to-door service deep-cleans vacuum and floor cleaners for £99.99 plus any repairs not covered by warranty.

Dyson has launched Total Restore, a door-to-door cleaning and restoration service for its vacuum cleaners and floor cleaners. The service is now available in mainland Britain, according to TechRadar.

Total Restore costs £99.99 plus the cost of any repairs not covered by warranty. Machines are collected from the customer's home and taken to Dyson's service and repair centre in Chippenham, where engineers carry out an engineering assessment covering airflow, battery health, and motor performance.

The service includes an industrial-standard deep clean and replacement of damaged or worn components with genuine Dyson parts. Customers receive their cleaner back with a label showing the last service date, plus any replacement filters or wet rollers required.

Customers also receive digital photos, a digital health check report, and a digital certificate of service.

In a recent interview, Dyson Chief Engineer Jake Dyson told a TechRadar colleague that the service gives machines a "second wind" so they return in the same condition as when they were new. In October 2025, Dyson Total Restore was available only in Great Britain, but it was expected to roll out internationally in the future.
