Flex announced on October 21, 2026 that it has signed a memorandum of understanding with Microsoft Korea to jointly expand the Copilot ecosystem and propose enterprise AI standards for Korean companies, according to datanet.co.kr.
The cooperation covers three areas: joint sales to Korean enterprise customers, linking Flex with Microsoft products and technologies, and reviewing mutual solution adoption under a Customer Zero arrangement.
Under the sales track, the two companies plan joint value propositions, target customer selection and sales support to offer Flex alongside Microsoft 365 Copilot to enterprises.
Flex also intends to connect its relationship and talent data to Microsoft Work IQ so that Copilot within Microsoft 365 can answer with awareness of a user's role, rank and organizational context.
In the Customer Zero track, Flex will review applying Microsoft 365 and Azure AI infrastructure to its own environment and use that experience in customer projects. Flex was registered as a Microsoft partner in September 2026.
