Flitto posts record 31.1 billion won in first three quarters of 2026
Third-quarter revenue reached about 17.8 billion won with a 50.4% operating margin, driven by a large data supply deal for global IT companies.
Flitto disclosed provisional consolidated results for the first three quarters of 2026 on October 20, reporting cumulative revenue of about 31.1 billion won and operating profit of about 10.3 billion won, its largest ever, according to platum.kr.
Cumulative revenue rose 20.7% and operating profit 89.7% year on year. Third-quarter revenue was about 17.8 billion won and operating profit about 9.0 billion won, an operating margin of 50.4%, up sharply from about 8.1 billion won in revenue and 1.4 billion won in operating profit in the second quarter.
The company attributed the third-quarter jump to a large data supply deal for global IT companies, with deliveries continuing into the fourth quarter. Flitto also signed a contract worth about 3.9 billion won on October 12 for an on-premise AI translation system with a global semiconductor company, which will be reflected in results from the fourth quarter.
Data marketplace and Vogl growth
Flitto's data marketplace, opened in June, has more than 500 registered datasets, of which 300 to 400 have passed copyright, privacy and ownership review. Sign-ups for Vogl, the brand under which Flitto consolidated its translation services this year, surpassed 80,000 in the third quarter, about 14 times the level of the fourth quarter of 2025.
The company has built multilingual corpora over 14 years on a translation platform used by more than 14 million people. In 2025 it posted annual revenue of 36 billion won, up 77% year on year, with more than 65% from overseas, and operating profit of 6.2 billion won, its first annual profit.
On August 18, the Ministry of Science and ICT announced that LG AI Research, SK Telecom and Upstage advanced to the third stage of the sovereign AI foundation model project, where Flitto is the data lead partner in the Upstage consortium.
