Hanwha Semitech is presenting its chip-mounting equipment at NEPCON Asia 2026 in Shenzhen, China, where it is introducing the DECAN Plus chip mounter series to the Chinese market for the first time, according to datanet.co.kr.
The centrepiece of the booth is an inline production solution that connects the HM520 high-speed chip mounter with the HM520W model, which is designed for large and heavy substrates.
