Hanwha Vision's 4 cloud services pass SOC2 Type2 audit
The six-month evaluation covered security, availability and confidentiality for Cloud Portal, OnCloud, OnCAFE and HealthPro.
Hanwha Vision announced on November 6, 2026, that four of its cloud services passed SOC2 Type2 verification, according to dailysecu.com.
The services evaluated were the Cloud Portal cloud platform, the OnCloud video surveillance service, the OnCAFE access control service and the HealthPro device management service. The audit covered the period from March to August of this year, roughly six months.
The company said the services met the criteria of security, availability and confidentiality.
SOC2 is an internal control audit standard for service organizations established by the AICPA. Type1 assesses whether control design is appropriate at a specific point in time, while Type2 confirms whether those controls operated effectively over a period.
Hanwha Vision said it plans to continue undergoing SOC2 Type2 verification and to expand its cloud-based video security solution business globally.
