IAjapan Anti-Spam Conference Set for November 5-6 in Tokyo

The 26th edition runs alongside the JPAAWG 9th General Meeting at Otemachi Place Hall, with 24 programs and free registration.

The Internet Association Japan (IAjapan) will hold its 26th IAjapan Anti-Spam Conference on November 5 and 6, 2026, according to internet.watch.impress.co.jp. The event is co-hosted with the JPAAWG 9th General Meeting, organized by the JPAAWG secretariat.

The venue is Otemachi Place Hall & Conference in Chiyoda, Tokyo. Participation is free, but attendees must register in advance through the JPAAWG 9th General Meeting registration system.

Some sessions will also be streamed online, and registration is open for those as well. Together the two events offer 24 programs across the two days, and a single registration covers both.

The chair of IAjapan's anti-spam committee said it is increasingly difficult for recipients to judge whether an email is spam or whether a website they clicked is genuine, and that senders therefore need new measures.
