Krafton details AI governance, LLM Gateway at AWS event
Krafton shared how it manages employee AI use through a single gateway on Amazon Bedrock and centralised API key controls.
Krafton outlined its internal AI governance strategy and its Krafton LLM Gateway at the Games on AWS 2026 event on October 27, according to techm.kr. The gateway, built on Amazon Bedrock, gives employees access to 98 LLM models through a single route.
Krafton said API token usage in August was 27 times higher than in January, while API costs rose 20 times over the same period. The gateway lets the company see which LLMs employees use and helps staff check related information themselves.
The company also centralises API key issuance, sets a maximum validity period for all keys, recovers unused keys, and discards and replaces exposed keys.
Background
In February 2026, the division head who gave the talk joined Krafton to lead its AI Transformation division. Since November 2025, Krafton has pushed an “AI First” declaration to speed up internal change.
