KT to launch enterprise AI platform TokenFactory on October 30
The service brings more than 500 AI models onto one platform and offers prompt compression that KT says can cut token usage by up to 25%.
KT will launch its enterprise AI service KT TokenFactory on October 30, 2026, the company announced. The platform lets users select, manage and pay for more than 500 domestic and overseas AI models in one place.
At the center of the service is KT's self-developed Auto Model Router, which automatically picks the most suitable model for a task based on task type, difficulty, quality and cost. KT says its prompt compression technology, designed around Korean-language characteristics, can reduce token usage by up to 25%.
KT TokenFactory provides AI inference directly and includes Korean-optimized guardrails that check prompts for personal information, harmful expressions and AI answers. KT has also signed an official partnership with the global AI model marketplace OpenRouter for the service.
Partner ecosystem
KT plans to broaden its partner ecosystem with Uracle, CAST AI, Timeley and Upstage, according to aitimes.com.
The launch follows CEO Park Yun-young's presentation of the new business in July 2026, after he took office.
