Lenovo has officially launched the Googlebook 15, following its announcement at the Googlebook launch event. The laptop starts at $1,099.99, below the $1,299 price tag Google had claimed.
The Googlebook 15 goes on sale on October 4. It features a 15.3-inch 2.8K OLED touch screen and, according to Lenovo, is the lightest 15-inch laptop in its portfolio at 2.84 pounds (1.29 kilograms).
Under the hood, the laptop runs an Intel Core Ultra 5 325 processor with 16GB or 32GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB or 512GB of storage. A 70Wh battery powers the system.
Other specs include a 5MP webcam with a physical shutter, quad speakers with Dolby Atmos, a fingerprint scanner, a Glowbar, and face unlock. Connectivity covers Bluetooth 6.0, Wi-Fi 7, two Thunderbolt 4 ports, a full-sized USB 3.2 port, HDMI 2.0, and a headphone jack.
