Mindlogic's BloomingTalk logs 1 million AI avatar chats in first five days

Mindlogic's fan communication platform BloomingTalk recorded about 1 million conversations in the first five days after AI avatars of the 24 members of the idol group A2O, including the Soul and Light members, joined the service, according to the company. Payments during that period reached the tens of millions of won.
BloomingTalk allows fans to chat, voice-call and video-call AI avatars of real idols. Mindlogic handled app development, while ESTsoft produced the AI video avatars.
To build the avatars, Mindlogic uses an "AI interviewer" that talks directly with artists to collect and analyze their personality, speech style and recent interests. The company structures selected information from those conversations into user profiles that are reflected in the system prompt, rather than processing the entire chat history each time.
When user-entered information conflicts with content inferred by the AI, Mindlogic said it prioritizes the user-entered information.
