Naver Opens Neffesta Membership Event in Seoul With Facial Recognition Entry
Naver's Neffesta runs from October 30 to November 1, admitting visitors via Naver Pay's Face Sign and using NFTs as booth participation records.
Naver opened its Neffesta offline membership event at Anderson C in Seongsu-dong, Seoul, running from October 30 to November 1, according to digitaltoday.co.kr. Entry is handled through Naver Pay's Face Sign facial recognition instead of tickets or IDs.
At the booths, visitors scan QR codes to collect brand NFTs through N Pay Wallet. The NFTs are managed as participation records to prevent duplicate entries.
About 50 partner brands are taking part, including MediCube, 3CE and Kiehl's on the third floor, with food brand events on the fourth floor. Naver's fashion service Knock It also opened its first offline showroom on the second floor.
A 'NeNet Zone' collaboration space with Netflix showcases two years of joint activities between the two companies and offers limited souvenirs to Naver Plus members who use Netflix.
Neffesta runs twice a day for 500 people per session, totaling 3,000 visitors over three days. Advance tickets sold out in 40 minutes.

Naver will rename Inspire Arena to 'Naver Arena at Inspire' in December under a three-year naming rights deal signed on the 26th. The women's tennis event 'Naver x Hyundai Card The Six', scheduled for December 25 to 27, will be the first event under the new arena name.
