NC AI unveils BAEKI Vision 3B; Krafton unit shows RUDI 0.2

NC AI says its 3B-parameter robot model beat six larger public models on BLINK, ERIQ and ERQA, averaging 63.8.

NC AI said on November 3, 2026 that it has developed BAEKI Vision 3B, an ultra-lightweight vision-language model (VLM) for robots and industrial edge devices. According to techm.kr, the model scored an average of 63.8 across three global benchmarks: BLINK, ERIQ and ERQA.

The company says the 3B model outperformed six larger 4B- and 8B-class public models on those benchmarks. NC AI also developed a lightweight model specialized in welding, which raised welding classification accuracy from 41.1 to 80.9.

NC AI said it handled pretraining and fine-tuning in-house as part of efforts to build sovereign physical AI capability.

Krafton's Ludo Robotics shows RUDI 0.2

Separately, Ludo Robotics, Krafton's robotics research subsidiary, unveiled its robot AI system RUDI 0.2 at the 2026 Bay Area Robotics Symposium at UC Berkeley on October 30, 2026, local time. The system adds understanding of human intent, feedback and gestures, and adapts to changes in situation.

Krafton CEO Kim Chang-han said the company will build AI for robots that interact naturally with people in the real world. Ludo Robotics introduced the predecessor model, RUDI 0.1, in August 2026.
