Neufly adds document Q&A and auto meeting minutes to on-device AI
The update adds document search, document-based chat, in-network sharing and automatic meeting-minutes creation to Neufly AI, the company announced.
Neufly announced a feature update to its on-device AI software Neufly AI, adding document search, question-and-answer chat based on registered documents, document sharing between users on the same network, and automatic meeting-minutes creation, according to datanet.co.kr.
In document-based AI chat, the software displays the original source page it referenced and lets users limit answers to a specific document. A self-developed speech recognition (STT) model transcribes meeting audio in real time, including speaker separation, summarization and minutes writing.
Handwriting recognition now converts handwriting, dates and signatures on printed forms into item-separated text. Time-card recognition converts dot-print attendance card records into an Excel file organized by day with morning, afternoon and overtime hours.
The company said it plans to integrate Neufly AI with its existing HR and payroll management product, Neufly, in the future.
Booth at K-INNO WEEK 2026
Neufly will operate a booth at '2026 K-INNO WEEK', held at OSCO in Cheongju from the 18th to the 20th, where visitors can try the updated features.
Neufly AI was released in August 2026 and processes text, tables, layouts and formulas in PDFs and scanned documents, structuring them into data, with Korean-English translation also supported. All processing and storage take place on the user's PC without sending data to external servers, and the software runs on a CPU without a high-performance GPU. About ten new skills were added in the three months since launch, and as of October 2026 the number of paid-plan users had doubled compared with the previous month.
