Nothing Headphone (1) Pro Debut With Triple Drivers, 46dB ANC

Nothing has unveiled its flagship over-ear headphones, the Headphone (1) Pro. The company is pitching the new model around a triple-driver setup rather than a single driver per ear.

That array combines a 40mm dynamic driver for bass, a precision dynamic driver, and an xMEMS driver with a silicone diaphragm for treble. The headphones carry Hi-Res Audio certification and support AAC, SBC, LDAC and LC3 codecs.

Active noise cancellation uses 10 microphones and is claimed to deliver up to 46 dB of noise reduction. Dynamic Spatial Audio with head tracking is on board, alongside modes named Standard, Live House, Club, Concert Hall, and a Studio B by Metropolis Studios mode. A Switch button toggles the Flat EQ, and tactile switches sit on the housing.

Connectivity runs through Bluetooth 6.1, with Google Fast Pair, Microsoft Swift Pair, instant setup on Apple devices, dual connectivity, a low-latency mode and auto-wear detection. The build uses a scratch-resistant glass enclosure, lightweight titanium and an aluminium frame, with a headband 10% wider than the Headphone (1) and thicker padding. The headphones are IP52 rated and weigh 327g.

The 1,060mAh battery is claimed to last up to 30 hours with ANC on and up to 68 hours with ANC off, with fast charging over USB-C. The Headphone (1) Pro ships in Black and White with a padded carrying case. As reported by gsmarena.com, no pricing or release date has been announced.
