Oracle pledges $1 billion to partner ecosystem over four years
The investment funds training, demo environments and migration support for partners building AI solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
Oracle said on November 2, 2026 that it will invest $1 billion in its partner ecosystem over the next four years, funding training, certification and technical support for partners building AI-based solutions and services. The company announced the plan through the Oracle PartnerNetwork, according to dailysecu.com.
The programme targets system integrators, independent software vendors, and cloud and managed service providers. Partners will build their offerings on Oracle Fusion Applications, Oracle Database, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and related AI services.
Oracle is spreading the investment across four areas: development and test environments with integrated validation services; sales and marketing collaboration, including demo environments and incentives; training and migration resources; and tools such as Oracle AI Success Navigator.
The package also covers cloud migration funding and go-to-market support delivered as OPN benefits and incentives. Oracle's president of global field operations set out the programme; the company did not disclose how the $1 billion will be divided among the four areas.
