Oracle unveils Fusion Claw and Deep Trust AI Architecture at AI World 2026

Oracle used the second day of its AI World 2026 conference in Las Vegas on October 26 to detail plans to expand its database platform into an agent-management system, highlighting its Fusion Claw tool and 25 prebuilt agentic applications, according to digitaltoday.co.kr.

The 25 prebuilt applications run across Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, HCM, SCM and CX and cover tasks including candidate search, payroll management, delivery schedule adjustment and measuring customer service quality. Fusion Claw, built on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, lets companies develop and operate AI agents that automate ERP, finance and supply chain tasks across Fusion applications, and links with the latest models from vendors including Google and OpenAI.

Configuration repository and security layer

Oracle also released FSCR, a public Git repository that documents Fusion configuration so AI agents can read and execute it. Partners such as Accenture Edge, Deloitte and PwC can add their own methodologies, development tools and industry solutions to FSCR.

The company announced its Deep Trust AI Architecture, which embeds safeguards across Oracle AI Database, Oracle Autonomous AI Database and Oracle APEX AI Application Generator. Oracle plans to release a business semantic layer and an AI data catalog within the next 12 months.

Oracle said customers and partners can build their own agentic applications and get monitoring, ROI metrics and security controls for them. In September, Oracle announced Fusion Claw and mentioned an "Outcome Receipt" for each execution; the company frames its database strategy as moving from a system of record to a system of outcomes for AI agents.
