Gmission Shows AX Intelligent Document at Japan IT Week Autumn 2026

The Korean AI firm presented its document platform and two related tools at Makuhari Messe, and said it will hold follow-up meetings with Japanese companies.

Gmission exhibited its AI-based enterprise document platform AX Intelligent Document at Japan IT Week Autumn 2026, held at Makuhari Messe in Chiba Prefecture, Japan, from 21 to 23 October, according to dailysecu.com.

AX Intelligent Document recognizes and classifies corporate documents arriving by fax, email and scans, structures the information, and converts handwritten text, tables and stamped forms into data. The platform masks personal information before sending it to AI and can be deployed on on-premise closed networks.

Gmission also presented Agentic G-FAX, which uses an AI agent to analyze faxed quotations and orders and compare unit prices, and DXHUND, which classifies and summarizes received documents.

The company ran its booth in the Korea Pavilion operated by KOTRA and KISIA. Japanese officials from companies with more than 150 employees visited to consult on workflow automation and document DX.

Gmission plans follow-up meetings, including online demos, with companies met at the exhibition. It is also aiming to find local partners and improve its Japanese-language document recognition.

Earlier Japan program

In September, Gmission took part in a Japan entry program held in Tokyo by KOSA.
