SDT to unveil 100kW AquaRack 42U immersion cooling at Data Center Korea 2026
SDT will show the 42U single-phase immersion cooling system for the first time and present AquaCell, its modular immersion data center solution.
SDT announced it will exhibit at Data Center Korea 2026, where it will unveil AquaRack 42U, a 100kW version of its single-phase immersion cooling system, for the first time, according to datanet.co.kr.
The new model raises the capacity of the company's existing AquaRack, which offered 50kW across 21U, to 100kW in a 42U configuration.
SDT said it expanded the existing 50kW (21U) model to support 950mm GPU servers.
The company will also present AquaCell, its modular immersion data center solution, at the exhibition.
Earlier testing
In earlier work, an AquaRack installed at the Pangyo HPC Innovation Hub through a NIPA demonstration project recorded a PUE of 1.072 in a 72-hour continuous operation test. The system also passed a TTA verification test, and SDT previously supplied a customized transparent-panel AquaRack to a national research institute called K for semiconductor thermal management research.
