SecurityScorecard launches Titan Secure for supply chain risk
The solution maps sub-supply chains to fourth-party suppliers and ranks vulnerabilities using threat intelligence from Strike.
SecurityScorecard announced a supply chain security management approach and introduced Titan Secure, a threat-intelligence-based third-party risk solution, according to dailysecu.com.
Titan Secure identifies sub-supply chains down to fourth-party suppliers. It prioritizes vulnerabilities and attack campaigns using threat intelligence analyzed by Strike.
The platform supports requesting remediation from vendors based on CVE entries and automatically rescans after a vendor reports completion. It draws on global IPv4 space scanning, dark web leaked credential collection and sinkhole infrastructure operation.
SecurityScorecard said Titan AI automates repetitive tasks while keeping human control over important decisions.
The company divides third-party risk management into four stages: basic due diligence, periodic TPRM, continuous TPRM and threat-based TPRM.
Existing TPRM has shown limitations such as gaps between periodic assessments, unidentified sub-suppliers and scattered follow-up actions, according to the company.
