Serve Robotics launches Physical AI Services for robot makers
Serve Robotics is selling connectivity and data tools to other robotics companies, with Bedrock Robotics already signed as a customer.
Serve Robotics announced a new business line called Physical AI Services on November 5, 2026, offering connectivity and data tools to companies that build robots. The announcements came alongside the company's third-quarter earnings, according to TechCrunch.
Bedrock Robotics, a startup developing self-driving systems for construction equipment, is a customer of the service. Serve Robotics is also working with T-Mobile to bring AI computing power closer to robots.
The Physical AI Services line includes three products, among them Serve Link, a data curator tool that connects robots in the field to AI systems in data centers, and a foundation-model data catalog.
Serve Robotics makes sidewalk delivery robots as well as a hospital robot obtained through its acquisition of Diligent Robotics. Its sidewalk delivery business is shifting toward partners including DoorDash and Wonder.
From delivery fleet to services
The company spun out of Uber's acquisition of Postmates in 2021 and went public in 2024. In a recent interview, CEO Ali Kashani said there is an opportunity to sell Serve's robot technology to companies building robots for farms, warehouses and other uncontrolled environments.
