Since October 20, the company has been running a voice phishing prevention experience booth for spectators at SK Knights home games at Jamsil Students' Gymnasium. On October 26, Financial Supervisory Service experts will hold training for customer service staff at SKT Tower.
In November, SK Telecom plans security education on financial fraud prevention and safe communications in Hapcheon County, South Gyeongsang Province.
The company also plans to apply verified phone numbers provided by the Financial Supervisory Service to its voice and text spam filtering system.
