TeamViewer touts AI agent TIA for endpoint management at Seoul showcase

TeamViewer presented an AI-based approach to enterprise endpoint management at the AIR Showcase, a side event of AI Festa 26 held at Coex in Seoul, according to ZDNet Korea. Executive director Kim Do-yeon proposed using AI to automate responses to IT and security problems on enterprise endpoints.
Kim said the company has developed its own AI agent, TIA, alongside its endpoint management platform, TeamViewer ONE.
He said TeamViewer ONE has been upgraded to detect and handle endpoint problems in advance, moving it beyond its earlier role as a remote control solution.
Endpoint visibility
Kim also said many IT admins cannot immediately answer questions about their organization's endpoint operational status because of silos between departments.
