ThinkingAI Expands AI Agents to Marketing Execution, Director to Speak at DMTS 2027
ThinkingAI said its agents can now handle marketing judgment, execution and performance verification, with human approval required for customer messages.
ThinkingAI is expanding its AI platform from data analysis into marketing judgment, execution and performance verification, the company said, building what it calls a "growth loop." The company's agents can be operated in sequential, parallel or leader modes depending on the task.
Data queries and analysis are performed autonomously by agents, but sending messages to customers or changing data requires human approval, according to the company. ThinkingAI also combines internal customer behavior data with external social media reaction data, classifying posts, comments, videos and live chats by sentiment, topic and keyword.
The platform stores internal rules, brand guides, product information and campaign results in a knowledge base for agents to reference. ThinkingAI said it plans to expand from the game industry into finance, fashion, HR platforms, food and consumer goods. Companies using its solutions include Krafton, Sega, HelloTalk and Siwon School.
