Com2uS added a new large-scale guild mode called "Sacred Relic Defense Battle" to its MMORPG "Zeus: The God of Arrogance" on October 28, according to game.donga.com. The content is developed by AVERTON.
In Sacred Relic Defense Battle, up to 60 guild members cooperate to protect three sacred relics from waves of monsters and defeat a final boss. The battle runs across six stages — five normal waves followed by the boss wave — and some monsters attack the relics directly rather than the player characters.
The battle ends if all three relics are destroyed, and rewards are paid out based on how far the guild progressed, with extra bonus rewards for defeating the final boss. Players can retry after a defeat.
The mode runs weekly from Monday at 5:00 a.m. to midnight on Tuesday, and includes a rally feature for gathering guild members to take part.
Launch event
A celebratory event also began, offering guild coins and collection equipment boxes for missions such as guild donation, killing guild jar monsters, participating in Sacred Relic Defense Battle and defeating guild raid bosses.
The update follows an October 14, 2026 patch that added a siege battle in which three guilds — one defending and two attacking a castle — fight for ownership.
