Renegade Game Studios is releasing the Allies & Enemies miniature set for the Dungeon Crawler Carl roleplaying game this month, November 2026, according to screenrant.com. The set contains 10 pre-painted miniatures: Hekla, Eva, Prepotente, Lucia Mar in both her Day and Night forms, Quan Ch, Florin, Bianca, Gustavo and Cici.
Two more miniature sets, Mobs of Mordecai and Unstoppable, also arrive this month. Alongside them, the Dungeon Crawler Carl Roleplaying Game itself launches in November 2026.
The 300+ page Core Rulebook is available to pre-order and covers world dungeon floors 3 to 5.
From self-published series to tabletop
Dungeon Crawler Carl began as a self-published passion project by author Matt Dinniman in 2019, and the first book was published in September 2020. The series was later picked up by Amazon and grew substantially around 2024.
A ninth book is in the works, with the next entry under the working title The Beautiful Place planned as the first part of a two-part conclusion that ends with book 10.
