Nivalis Nights Update 7 Fixes Story Choices and Cuts Memory Use

The Steam life sim's seventh patch makes missed calls return at story moments and lowers level security one step every two days.

ION LANDS and 505 Games released the seventh update for the PC life sim Nivalis Nights on Steam on October 30, 2026, according to gamespark.jp.

The patch targets story logic. Conversations could previously continue as if a different choice had been made, mainly when a player saved, loaded or slept during an incoming call. Missed calls are no longer dropped entirely and now reappear at story-relevant moments.

Staffing rules have also changed: food deliveries are now handled by managers, with other staff covering only when no manager is present. Location security levels no longer fall from 5 straight to 1; they drop by one level every two days unless incidents occur.

On the technical side, mesh and 3D asset memory optimization reduces memory usage by roughly 300–400MB per level. Controller users also get a fixed photo mode, and several controller problems are resolved, including quest pinning in the journal on Steam Deck.

Nivalis Nights is available on Steam at the standard price of 3,150 yen.
