Nvidia Game Ready Driver 621.14 Preps for World of Warcraft Forever
The driver also adds DLSS 5 in Hogwarts Legacy and prepares War Thunder for DLSS 5 support in its Eagle's Shadow update.
Nvidia has released GeForce Game Ready driver version 621.14, timed to World of Warcraft Forever, which launches within hours, according to wccftech.com. The driver is optimized for the game, which does not support DLSS but does support Nvidia Reflex and is playable on Nvidia's RTX Spark systems.
The driver also covers the arrival of DLSS 5 in Hogwarts Legacy, which gains support the day after the article date. Nvidia said the DLSS 5 work in Hogwarts Legacy used its Neural Rendering model to improve visual elements while leaving character faces untouched.
War Thunder is next in line: the driver is optimized for the game's Eagle's Shadow update, and DLSS 5 support arrives with that update next week.
Higher requirements for Forever
World of Warcraft Forever carries higher system requirements than the base game, due to graphics enhancements including Global Illumination, Dynamic Bounce Lighting, True Volumetric Fog and Screen-Space Water Reflections. War Thunder's Eagle's Shadow update will add official DLSS 5 support focused on shadows, lighting and reflections.
