Walking Dead: Aftermath Adds Glenn as Epic Acid Shotgun Specialist
Ares Interactive's Survivor File details Glenn Rhee's tactical shotgun, throwing knives and the 'Stand and Deliver' mechanic in the free-to-play mobile roguelite.
Ares Interactive published a new Survivor File for The Walking Dead: Aftermath on October 18, detailing Glenn Rhee as a playable character in the free-to-play mobile roguelite. The file covers his abilities, weapons and combat mechanics.
Glenn is classified as an Epic-rarity, Acid-based Shotgun Specialist. His loadout pairs a tactical shotgun with throwing knives, built around close-to-medium-range attacks that add Acid damage. His shotgun carries a long reload time, and upgrades can improve reload speed, increase projectile counts and let throwing knives trigger Acid explosions.
His signature mechanic, "Stand and Deliver," raises his Attack Speed and Damage when he holds his ground. His three-star Ultimate ability is titled "Hey, you. Dumbass.", a reference to his first encounter with Rick.
The Walking Dead: Aftermath is developed by Swift Games and published by Ares Interactive in partnership with AMC. An October 2026 update introduced a competitive PvP mode to the game.
An older story, revisited in-game
Glenn was killed off in The Walking Dead Season 7, a death that mirrored his fate in Robert Kirkman's original comics. The game itself launched on July 14, 2026.
