Nara Studio has released a new gameplay and cinematic trailer for Wonderful Neoran Valley, confirming Troy Baker as the voice of the protagonist Knight and Ben Starr as his companion Iris. The trailer also opens wishlisting for the creature-collecting game on Steam as of October 27.
The new footage shows enhanced visuals and a new cast of voice actors, along with a revamped look for Knight. The trailer mixes gameplay sequences with cinematic scenes, according to gamerant.com.
Wonderful Neoran Valley raised more than €900,000 on Kickstarter, meeting all of its stretch goals. That funding secured professional voice acting and ports for Nintendo Switch 2 and PlayStation 5.
The game is a narrative-driven monster-collecting title built around roughly 85 creatures called Neorans, which combine animal forms with plant life. Battles are turn-based, and players can see the enemy's next seven moves in advance. Evolution lines have also been confirmed.
Nara Studio says the first act of the game is almost complete and that the team is close to a full roster of Neorans for the final release. Wonderful Neoran Valley is expected to launch in March 2028.
